Who we are

MyNavi Scan, LLC is a mobile cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging company incorporated and operating in Illinois. We are a dental and medical imaging service provider — not a clinic, not a radiology center, and not a diagnostic practice.

Our role is to bring high-resolution CBCT equipment directly to your facility so your patients can be scanned on-site, without leaving your practice. We deliver the DICOM image files to your preferred viewer. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain entirely with the referring clinician.

Where we are based

Our headquarters and dispatch location is in Schaumburg, Illinois, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. From Schaumburg we reach 26+ Chicagoland cities within a standard 30-mile service radius, covering Cook, DuPage, Lake, and McHenry counties.

What we do

We dispatch a self-contained mobile imaging suite to your clinic. An ARRT-certified CT technologist operates the equipment, positions the patient, and performs the scan. The entire scan takes approximately 9.6 seconds. DICOM files are delivered to your designated viewer or encrypted Google Drive folder within 15 minutes of scan completion.

Who we serve

MyNavi Scan is a B2B imaging service. Our direct clients are licensed dental and medical practices that hold the prescription authority for CBCT imaging. Patients are scanned at the direction of their referring clinician.

Our equipment

MyNavi Scan operates a PreXion3D Explorer EX cone beam CT unit — a US-manufactured, dental-focused CBCT system with sub-millimeter voxel resolution. The unit is housed in a dedicated, climate-controlled, lead-lined imaging room inside a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter mobile suite.

We currently serve 26+ Chicagoland cities including Chicago (multiple neighborhoods), Evanston, Skokie, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Northbrook, Park Ridge, Glenview, Elmhurst, Palatine, Elk Grove Village, Addison, Winnetka, Deerfield, Wheeling, Mundelein, Norridge, Bensenville, Glendale Heights, and Algonquin.

Compliance

MyNavi Scan operates as a HIPAA Business Associate. Our role is that of an imaging service vendor to dental and medical Covered Entities. We do not independently store or use protected health information (PHI) beyond what is necessary to perform imaging and deliver DICOM files.

Our team

MyNavi Scan is operated by ARRT-certified CT technologists and implant planning specialists. Every patient encounter is handled by a credentialed technologist trained in CBCT acquisition, ALARA dose principles, and clinical imaging protocols.
