Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless the dental office takes responsibility — we'll quote your total fee during scheduling, confirmed via text or email before the van arrives. At the scan we provide a fully itemized receipt with CDT procedure codes (D0367 · D0368) so you can submit for partial reimbursement under your insurance's radiology benefit.
