1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website mynaviscan.com and the mobile CBCT imaging service operated by MyNavi Scan, LLC (“MyNavi Scan,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a scan you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
MyNavi Scan provides mobile cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans inside a sterile mobile suite that parks at the parking lot of the referring dental or medical practice. We deliver the DICOM file to the practice (and, when authorized, to the patient) within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of scan completion.
3. Prescription Required
Under the Illinois Dental Practice Act and federal regulations, a CBCT scan requires a written prescription from a licensed dentist, oral surgeon, or physician. MyNavi Scan does not perform scans without a valid prescription.
4. No Diagnosis
MyNavi Scan is an imaging service, not a diagnostic provider. We do not interpret the scan, do not issue a radiology report unless explicitly purchased as an add-on, and do not provide medical advice. The referring practitioner is solely responsible for diagnosis and treatment.
5. Booking and Cancellation
By submitting a booking form you authorize MyNavi Scan to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm and schedule the scan. Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation Policy.
6. Payment
The base mobile CBCT scan is $289 per visit at the time of publication. New dental practices booking their first scan with MyNavi Scan qualify for an introductory rate of $145 for the first scan, subject to availability and verification of first-time status. Add-ons (additional field of view, radiology report when available, surgical guide) are priced separately. Payment is due at the time of the scan unless the referring practice has a standing invoice arrangement. 7. Use of the Website
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; (b) scrape or harvest content for commercial use without permission; (c) impersonate another person; (d) upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, design, photographs, and copy are © 2026 MyNavi Scan, LLC unless otherwise marked. The MyNavi Scan name and logo are trademarks of MyNavi Scan, LLC. Third-party trademarks (PreXion3D, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The site and the service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNavi Scan disclaims all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNavi Scan’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site or service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. MyNavi Scan is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyNavi Scan harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
