The base rate of $289 applies to all scan appointments regardless of field-of-view mode (Teeth 5x5 cm, Arch 10x10 cm, Full 15x8 cm, or Face 15x16 cm). The price does not change based on the anatomy scanned or the number of FOV modes available on the unit.

New dental or medical practices that have not previously booked with MyNavi Scan receive 50% off their first scan appointment. The promotional rate of $145 applies to one scan per clinic and covers the same services as the standard rate. Subsequent scans are billed at the standard $289 rate.

Referral to the MyNavi Guide surgical lab for implant planning using the acquired CBCT data. Includes case review and treatment planning coordination.

What is included in the scan fee
- ARRT-certified CT technologist on site
- Cone beam CT scan (any FOV mode on the PreXion3D Explorer EX)
- Patient positioning, safety screening, and procedure prep
- Sterilization and infection-control protocol between patients
- DICOM 3.0 file export
- Secure delivery via encrypted Google Drive within 15 minutes of scan
- Technical support for DICOM access if needed
What is not included
- Clinical interpretation or diagnosis (performed by the referring clinician)
- Patient transport or coordination outside the clinic
- Insurance billing or submission — MyNavi Scan is direct-pay only
- CDT codes or insurance receipt (contact us if your practice needs documentation for patient reimbursement requests)
- Clinical treatment planning beyond what is included in add-on services
Payment methods
MyNavi Scan accepts the following payment methods:
Clinics on a retainer or recurring schedule can be invoiced monthly by ACH or card. Contact us to set up a clinic account. Payment is collected after each scan unless a retainer arrangement is in place.
Cancellation policy
MyNavi Scan requires a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellation of a scheduled scan appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may be subject to a short-notice fee. No-shows are billed at the standard rate.
